I need some space this september.
Yup, that's exactly what I need now! 
So, here's my planner setup based on this interesting theme that I always wanted to tryout. 
I hope you enjoy going through this and find this helpful for your own journal.

for all the things that have been here
and those that are yet to be found,

maybe I could be at that moment I keep on wishing I were
and still, end up ruining it.

across the things that we can vision,
there lies a place inside my thoughts where the world exists in a dominant color.

you are the leaves in my branches
that were gone last autumn,
I stand still waiting for spring to come
go through that season,
blossom until you decide to wither
and leave me again.
